ALEX innovation park is in Kaunas – the second largest city in Lithuania and the fourth in the Baltic states, strategically located in the crossroad of the most important regional transport corridors and the developed infrastructure is perfectly adapted to the activities of various businesses.

The territory of the innovation park is located near the central part of Kaunas, easily accessible from the airport (18 km from Kaunas airport and 100 km from Vilnius airport), bus and railway stations (3 km), major universities (3-9 km ). It is convenient to arrive for both for employees and customers, as well as for cargo or business transport.

Innovation hangar

A renovated helicopter hangar is now a part of ALEX innovation park as a “Innovation hangar” – a 10K sq.m. of modern rental space for innovative business, adapted for experimental production and other activities that meet the needs of Alex directions.

Tenants may redesign the production spaces and adapt them according to their individual needs.

The first floor of the hangar is accommodated for storage activities with accesses for freight transport.

5K sq.m. on the second floor of the hangar are dedicated for the administrative premises of life sciences specialisation laboratories and companies specialising in other areas. The special raised floor installed here allows for maximum flexibility in the layout of the premises according to the needs of each tenant.
